The TBK BK-568 touchscreen display separation station is a professional device designed for screen separation operations in GSM repair shops,
suitable for repairs involving LCD and LED displays. Thanks to the automatic heating system and temperature control,
it helps efficiently detach the touchscreen or glass, facilitating quick and precise interventions.
The metal plate ensures uniform heating and can reach high temperatures, providing good performance in the screen separation process.
At the same time, the temperature can be adjusted depending on the type of work, including within the range of 80 - 100 degrees C for specific operations on certain models,
such as those from the Galaxy series. The antistatic construction helps protect displays and flexible ribbons against electrostatic discharges,
reducing the risk of damage to sensitive components during work. The power supply system is designed for safe use,
with protection against electric leakage. The robust pressing mechanism allows controlled application of force on the touchscreen glass,
and the smooth metal surface helps maintain screen integrity during separation. The design is intended for practical use and quick installation,
making the station suitable for daily service activities.
